MIJO SEQUENTIAL LPG · FOUR-WHEELERS

Precise LPG injection, configured for the vehicle.

MIJO Sequential LPG vaporises and regulates LPG before metering it separately for each cylinder. The ECU family, SR06LPG reducer, injector rail, multivalve and calibration are selected as one vehicle-specific system.

HOW SEQUENTIAL LPG WORKS

Vaporised LPG follows the petrol-injection sequence.

The system combines controlled fuel vaporisation and stable pressure with cylinder-by-cylinder electronic injection.

01

Start and change over

The engine starts on petrol. After the calibrated coolant-temperature and operating conditions are reached, the system changes automatically to LPG; the driver can select petrol whenever required.

02

Vaporise and regulate LPG

LPG leaves the cylinder through the multivalve and reaches the SR06LPG reducer. Engine coolant supplies the heat needed to vaporise the fuel, while the reducer maintains the calibrated working pressure for the injector rail.

03

Calculate the injection pulse

The ME10 ECU reads the original petrol-injector timing together with gas pressure, gas temperature and relevant engine signals, then calculates the LPG pulse required for the current speed and load.

04

Inject cylinder by cylinder

MIR-01 meters vaporised LPG separately to each intake runner in the engine's injection sequence. The ECU continuously corrects delivery as engine and gas conditions change.

THE COMPLETE SEQUENTIAL LPG KIT

Five principal hardware groups, presented together.

The five principal hardware groups are the ME10 ECU set, SR06LPG reducer, MIR-01 injector rail, MLS-07 level sensor and MMV 12 multivalve.

Conversion-kit supply: Harnesses, pipes and installation accessories are supplied with the kit. Separate: LPG cylinder.

01

ME10 ECU set

ME10 is the control centre. It reads the vehicle's petrol-injector signals, calculates the LPG command and actuates each rail injector separately. The matched pressure-and-temperature sensor reports gas conditions, while the MIJO cabin switch provides fuel selection and LPG level indication.

02

SR06LPG reducer

SR06LPG is MIJO's electronic single-stage reducer for Sequential LPG systems. It vaporises the liquid fuel and maintains the calibrated outlet pressure required by the injector rail.

03

MIR-01 injector rail

MIR-01 is MIJO's peak-and-hold aluminium injector rail. It converts the ECU command into separately timed LPG delivery for each cylinder.

04

MLS-07 level sensor

Mounted with the LPG multivalve, the level sensor converts the tank float position into an electrical signal for the cabin fuel-level display. MIJO lists 0–50-ohm and 0–90-ohm versions.

05

MMV 12 multivalve

The LPG cylinder multivalve combines the tank's filling, outlet, shut-off and level-sensing functions. MIJO selects the version according to cylinder form, size and mounting angle.

INJECTOR RAIL

MIR-07

The blue MIR-07 is MIJO's four-injector rail with 2-ohm coils. MIJO matches the rail to the ECU driver, reducer pressure and vehicle calibration. In this LPG system, its injectors meter vaporised fuel separately to each cylinder so delivery follows the engine's injection sequence. Every MIJO injector rail is checked for displacement and flow before release.

COMPONENT TESTINGConfigured and checked before fitment.

MIJO checks reducer pressure, injector-rail flow, sensor range and multivalve geometry for the vehicle-specific system.

SEQUENTIAL LPG QUESTIONS

Configuration before hardware.

How does Sequential LPG work?

The reducer vaporises LPG and maintains the calibrated working pressure. The ECU reads the relevant engine signals, calculates the gas command and controls the injector rail cylinder by cylinder.

How is the correct configuration selected?

Selection starts with the vehicle, engine, emission generation, cylinder count and petrol-injector arrangement. MIJO then confirms the ECU, SR06LPG reducer, injector rail, multivalve and supporting parts.

Is there more than one Sequential LPG reducer option?

No. SR06LPG is MIJO's Sequential LPG reducer. Installation and calibration are matched to the vehicle.

What changes between BS6 and BS3 or BS4?

BS6 and BS3/BS4 vehicles use different ECU structures and calibration routes. Available groups include Premium, Classic, OBD2 and four-cylinder eight-injector configurations.

Does DPI mean Direct Injection?

No. DPI means Dual Point Injection: a four-cylinder configuration for engines using eight petrol injectors. It is not petrol Direct Injection.

Is the LPG cylinder included?

The conversion kit includes the selected harnesses, pipes and installation accessories. The LPG cylinder is supplied separately.

How is a Sequential LPG kit price quoted?

The current quote depends on the exact vehicle, selected LPG system, cylinder and multivalve, included components, installation, documents, tax, city and quotation date. CNG kit price bands do not apply to an LPG proposal.

Is this system for domestic LPG connections?

No. MIJO Sequential LPG is an automotive conversion system for supported vehicles. Domestic LPG connections must be handled by an authorised domestic LPG distributor.

How does the LPG savings estimate work?

The calculator compares editable petrol and LPG prices, monthly running and mileage. LPG can be priced by litre or kilogram. It is an indicative cost estimate, not a fitment recommendation.

Continue with the actual vehicle.

MIJO will match the ECU, reducer, rail, multivalve and level sensor before fitment or supply.
