Four-cylinder control, model by model.

ME10, MP32 and MP48 are MIJO's principal four-cylinder controller families. ME-MP48 OBD adds the dedicated OBD-connected route. Each controller is paired with its applicable sensor and changeover switch.

01 · Classic four-cylinder route

ME10

ME10 is MIJO's 48-pin four-cylinder ECU for Sequential CNG and LPG applications. It reads the petrol-injector and engine signals, calculates the gas-injection command and controls each rail injector in sequence.

ME10 operates with its dedicated external pressure-and-temperature sensor and changeover switch. The vehicle-specific wiring harness, injector settings and calibration are selected after the engine and petrol-injector layout are confirmed.

02 · Premium four-cylinder route

MP32

MP32 is a compact 32-pin ECU for four-cylinder Sequential CNG and LPG systems. Its controller format is used for Premium configurations that require dependable cylinder-by-cylinder gas-injection management in a compact installation package.

The ECU reads petrol-injection and engine signals, then controls the timing of the gas injectors. Its MAP sensor, changeover switch, harness and calibration are prepared as a matched set for the confirmed vehicle.

03 · BS6 four-cylinder route

MP48

MP48 is MIJO's 48-pin controller used in confirmed BS6 four-cylinder Sequential CNG and LPG configurations in its Indian application records. Its expanded interface supports the engine signals and fuel maps required by more complex applications while retaining a compact, durable metal enclosure. Export suitability requires exact-engine, wiring and calibration review.

MP48 works with its MAP sensor and changeover switch. The wiring harness, injector configuration and software calibration remain specific to the confirmed vehicle and engine-management system.

04 · OBD-connected route

ME-MP48 OBD

ME-MP48 OBD is a 48-pin ECU with on-board diagnostic technology for supported four-cylinder Sequential CNG and LPG applications. It provides MIJO's dedicated OBD2 configuration where the vehicle, engine-management system and communication protocol are confirmed as compatible.

ME-MP48 OBD operates with its dedicated pressure sensor and changeover switch. OBD connectivity does not make the unit universal: wiring, diagnostic connection, injector configuration and calibration are still matched to the vehicle.

4×8 and MP48 OBD DPI serve supported four-cylinder engines using eight petrol injectors. MP8C serves supported 5–8-cylinder kits.

05 · Four cylinders · Eight petrol injectors

4×8

4×8 is MIJO's dedicated controller for supported four-cylinder engines equipped with eight petrol injectors—two petrol injectors per cylinder. The controller provides the additional channels required to follow this injector layout while maintaining individually timed gas delivery.

The controller is paired with its specified pressure-and-temperature sensor and changeover switch. The wiring harness and calibration are prepared for the actual petrol-injector arrangement and engine-management system.

06 · Dual Point Injection route

MP48 OBD DPI

MP48 OBD DPI is MIJO's OBD-connected controller route for supported Dual Point Injection engines. It is selected where the engine uses two petrol injectors per cylinder and the compatible diagnostic system can be integrated into the gas calibration.

DPI here means Dual Point Injection; it is not petrol Direct Injection. Petrol Direct Injection vehicles use MIJO's separate Direct Drive 2.0 system. MP48 OBD DPI operates with its specified MAP sensor and changeover switch.

07 · 5–8-cylinder route

MP8C

MP8C is MIJO's ECU for supported 5–8-cylinder Sequential CNG and LPG kits. It provides the injector-channel control needed to follow the petrol-injection sequence while maintaining individually timed gas delivery.

The MP8C configuration, harness, pressure-and-temperature sensor, switch, rail arrangement and calibration are confirmed against the engine-management system before supply.
