Components · Injector rails

Two injector-rail models. Correctly matched.

MIJO's injector-rail range comprises MIR-01 and MIR-07. Each rail is selected by its electrical resistance, ECU driver, working pressure, required flow and calibration.

MIR-01

Four-injector peak-and-hold rail

MIR-01 is MIJO's four-injector peak-and-hold rail. Its aluminium rail body keeps all four injectors in one assembly and delivers repeatable, separately controlled gas flow to the engine.

It is offered with 2-ohm and 3-ohm coil versions so the electrical resistance can be matched with the ECU output stage and the complete calibration. For supported six- and eight-cylinder configurations, two MIR-01 rails are used together.

MIR-07

2 Ω standard-flow · 1 Ω high-flow

MIR-07 is MIJO's compact four-injector rail family. The blue 2-ohm version provides standard-flow delivery, while the 1-ohm high-flow version uses a larger injector seat and greater flow capacity.

The 1-ohm specification is available in black or yellow. Both colours are the same high-flow variant; the rail is selected by its electrical resistance, ECU injector driver, working pressure, nozzle sizing and final calibration.

Key characteristics

  • 2 Ω response1.7 ms opening and 1.5 ms closing response.
  • 1 Ω high-flowBlack or yellow, with a 3.8 mm seat and higher flow capacity.
  • Working range0.5–3.0 bar working pressure; 4.5 bar maximum.
  • Quality controlInjector displacement and flow checked before release.

Selection sequence

Four checks before choosing a rail.

The model name alone is not enough. MIJO confirms the rail as part of the complete control and calibration configuration.

  1. 01Confirm the ECU injector driver
  2. 02Match the required coil resistance
  3. 03Set working pressure and flow requirement together
  4. 04Validate displacement, flow and calibration
