MIJO SEQUENTIAL CNG · FOUR-WHEELERS

Precise CNG injection, configured for the vehicle.

MIJO Sequential CNG follows the engine's original petrol-injection signals and meters CNG separately for each cylinder. The ECU, reducer, rail and calibration are selected for the compatible vehicle—not by cylinder count alone.

HOW SEQUENTIAL CNG WORKS

Gas delivery follows the petrol-injection sequence.

The system turns engine signals into controlled, cylinder-by-cylinder CNG delivery.

01

Start and change over

The engine starts on petrol. After the calibrated operating conditions are reached, the system changes automatically to CNG; the driver can select petrol whenever required.

02

Regulate gas pressure

CNG flows from the cylinder through the high-pressure circuit. The reducer lowers cylinder pressure to the stable, calibrated working pressure required by the injector rail.

03

Calculate the injection pulse

The ME10 ECU reads the original petrol-injector timing together with gas pressure, gas temperature and relevant engine signals, then calculates the corresponding CNG pulse for the current speed and load.

04

Inject cylinder by cylinder

MIR-01 meters CNG separately to each intake runner in the engine's injection sequence. The ECU continuously corrects delivery as operating conditions change.

THE COMPLETE SEQUENTIAL CNG KIT

Six principal hardware groups, presented together.

The six principal hardware groups are the ME10 ECU set, SR03 Compact reducer, MIR-01 injector rail, refilling valve, cylinder valve and pressure gauge.

Conversion-kit supply: Harnesses, pipes and installation accessories are supplied with the kit. Separate: CNG cylinder.

01

ME10 ECU set

ME10 is the control centre. It reads the vehicle's petrol-injector signals, calculates the CNG command and actuates each rail injector separately. The matched pressure-and-temperature sensor reports gas conditions, while the MIJO cabin switch provides fuel selection and gas indication.

02

SR03 Compact reducer

ISO 15500-approved SR03 Compact combines CNG pressure regulation with an electrically operated shut-off valve in a space-efficient housing. MIJO sets its working pressure to match the engine, injector rail and calibration.

03

MIR-01 injector rail

MIR-01 is MIJO's peak-and-hold aluminium injector rail. It converts the ECU command into separately timed gas delivery for each cylinder.

04

Refilling valve

The vehicle's station-side filling connection carries CNG into the high-pressure circuit. The final valve version is selected for the applicable filling standard.

05

Cylinder valve

Mounted directly on the CNG cylinder, the cylinder valve connects the storage cylinder to the vehicle's high-pressure line and allows the stored-gas supply to be isolated.

06

Pressure gauge

The pressure gauge displays cylinder-side CNG pressure so the stored-gas condition can be monitored.

ECU & CONFIGURATION RANGE

Start with the vehicle generation and injector layout.

Vehicle generation and petrol-injector layout determine the ECU, harness and calibration.

01

BS6 CONFIGURATION

4-cylinder

ME10MP32MP48OBD2

ME10 is MIJO's main four-cylinder ECU. Its 48-pin platform is paired with the appropriate harness, gas sensor and vehicle-specific calibration.

02

BS6 CONFIGURATION

4-cylinder · 8-injector

4×8 ECUDPI · Dual Point Injection

Dedicated control for four-cylinder engines using eight petrol injectors—two per cylinder. DPI means Dual Point Injection. It is not petrol Direct Injection.

03

BS6 CONFIGURATION

5–8 cylinders

MP8C

The MP8C route manages the gas-injector channels required by compatible 5–8-cylinder multipoint engines and is paired with the correct rail count and reducer capacity.

PETROL DIRECT-INJECTION ENGINE?

Dual Point Injection (DPI) is not petrol Direct Injection. Direct-injection engines use MIJO's separate specialised CNG route.

INJECTOR RAIL

MIR-07

The blue MIR-07 is MIJO's four-injector rail with 2-ohm coils. MIJO matches the rail to the ECU driver, reducer pressure and vehicle calibration. Its injectors meter gas separately to each cylinder so delivery follows the engine's injection sequence. Every MIJO injector rail is checked for displacement and flow before release.

COMPONENT TESTINGTested before it reaches the vehicle.

MIJO's documented production checks include 200–250-bar reducer testing and displacement and flow checks for every injector rail.

SEQUENTIAL CNG QUESTIONS

Configuration before hardware.

How does Sequential CNG work?

The ECU reads the relevant engine signals, calculates the gas command and controls the injectors cylinder by cylinder. The reducer maintains the required working pressure.

How is the correct configuration selected?

Selection starts with the vehicle, engine, emission generation, cylinder count and petrol-injector arrangement. MIJO then confirms the ECU, reducer, rail and supporting parts.

What changes between BS6 and BS3 or BS4?

BS6 and BS3/BS4 use different control structures and calibration routes. Earlier-generation options include Premium, Classic, OBD2 and four-cylinder eight-injector configurations.

Does DPI mean Direct Injection?

No. DPI means Dual Point Injection: a four-cylinder configuration for engines using eight petrol injectors. Petrol Direct Injection uses MIJO's separate Direct Injection CNG route.

Does every kit contain the same hardware?

No. The six functional groups remain consistent, but the exact ECU, reducer, injector rail, sensors and installation parts are selected for the confirmed application.

How does the savings estimate work?

The CNG calculator derives CNG efficiency from the petrol mileage entered by the customer and compares editable fuel prices and running. It is an indicative cost estimate, not a fitment recommendation.

Continue with the actual vehicle.

MIJO will match the technology, ECU, reducer and rail before fitment or supply.
