MIJO Conventional LPG combines the MEV02 reducer, ME11 emulator, MMS 04 MPFI button switch, MLS-07 level sensor and MMV 12 multivalve. Each part is matched to the vehicle and cylinder arrangement.

HOW CONVENTIONAL LPG WORKS

Liquid LPG is vaporised, regulated and mixed with intake air.

The electronic configuration shown here coordinates tank flow, level sensing, pressure regulation, petrol-circuit management and driver changeover.

Store and control LPG

The MMV 12 multivalve manages filling, liquid withdrawal, shut-off and the mechanical level mechanism on the LPG cylinder.

Vaporise and regulate

Engine coolant heats the MEV02 reducer so liquid LPG becomes vapour. The two-stage reducer maintains the pressure required by the engine-side mixer.

Manage the petrol circuit

For the matched MPFI application, the ME11 emulator controls the petrol-injector circuit during LPG operation and supports clean fuel changeover.

Select and monitor fuel

The MMS 04 button switch changes between petrol and LPG. The MLS-07 level sensor converts multivalve float position into the LPG-level signal shown to the driver.

MEV02 reducer

MIJO's two-stage electronic LPG vaporiser-reducer for Conventional LPG systems. Engine coolant supplies vaporisation heat while the reducer regulates the LPG delivered to the mixer.

ME11 emulator

The matched emulator manages the petrol-injector circuit during LPG operation and provides the signal behaviour required by the petrol ECU. MIJO selects the correct ME11 application variant.

MMS 04 MPFI button switch

A button-operated cabin switch for petrol/LPG selection and gas indication in the matched MPFI configuration.

MLS-07 level sensor

Mounted with the LPG multivalve, MLS-07 converts the tank-float position into an electrical level signal. MIJO lists 0–50-ohm and 0–90-ohm versions.

MMV 12 multivalve

The cylinder multivalve combines LPG filling, liquid outlet, shut-off and level-sensing functions. The version and mounting geometry are selected for the actual cylinder.

Electronic MPFI and vacuum configurations stay separate.

Electronic MPFI and vacuum carburettor applications use different reducer and control groups. MIJO selects the route according to the vehicle's petrol system.

MEV02 is designed for Conventional LPG systems. Cylinder, multivalve and installation requirements remain application- and market-specific.

Which LPG reducer is used in the electronic MPFI route?

The electronic MPFI configuration uses the MEV02 two-stage LPG vaporiser-reducer.

Is the switch a touch switch?

No. The electronic LPG group uses the MMS 04 button-type MPFI switch.

What is the vacuum configuration?

MVV01 is a two-stage vacuum/pneumatic reducer route for suitable carburettor vehicles.

How is LPG level shown to the driver?

The MLS-07 reads the float position of the MMV 12 multivalve and sends the corresponding electrical signal to the compatible cabin indicator.

Is the LPG cylinder included?

The LPG cylinder is supplied separately. The cylinder form, capacity, multivalve geometry and installation must be confirmed together.

How is the saving percentage calculated?

Petrol cost per kilometre is compared with LPG cost per kilometre. Saving percentage equals the per-kilometre difference divided by petrol cost per kilometre, multiplied by 100.
