PETROL TO CNG · THREE-WHEELERS

Three-stage CNG regulation for daily working vehicles.

The CNG kit combines the CNGR01 reducer, petrol solenoid valve and MAS 04 switch with separate cylinder-side filling, isolation and pressure-indication hardware. Gas reaches the engine through a vehicle-matched mixer.

HOW THREE-WHEELER CNG WORKS

From the filling point to the engine.

Fill and store

CNG enters through the separate MRV02 refilling valve and is stored in the vehicle cylinder. The cylinder valve provides isolation, while the pressure gauge shows the stored-gas pressure.

Select petrol or CNG

MAS 04 gives the driver petrol/CNG selection and gas indication. When CNG is selected, the petrol solenoid valve isolates the petrol supply; petrol remains available as backup.

Reduce the pressure

The ISO 15500-approved CNGR01 reduces high cylinder pressure through three stages to the controlled low-pressure supply required by the engine.

Mix gas with intake air

A vehicle-matched gas-air mixer introduces the regulated CNG into the intake. Its size, position and final setting are calibrated for the actual engine and application.

THREE-WHEELER CNG KIT

Six principal components, clearly identified.

The CNG system uses the CNGR01 reducer, petrol solenoid valve, MAS 04 switch, cylinder valve, MRV02 refilling valve and pressure gauge.

Conversion-kit supply: Harnesses, high- and low-pressure pipes, mixer, brackets and installation accessories are supplied with the kit. Separate: CNG cylinder.

CNGR01 reducer

MIJO's ISO 15500-approved three-stage electronic reducer for Traditional CNG systems. Its die-cast aluminium body, integrated gas shut-off and application-specific capacity variants are designed for high-pressure CNG service.

Petrol solenoid valve

The electrically operated valve controls the petrol line in the matched carburettor application. It isolates petrol during CNG operation and reopens the supply when the driver returns to petrol.

MAS 04 switch

The MIJO three-wheeler cabin switch combines petrol/CNG selection with clear gas indication, giving the driver one direct control point for bi-fuel operation.

CNG cylinder valve

Mounted on the CNG cylinder, the valve connects the stored-gas supply to the vehicle's high-pressure line and provides manual isolation when required.

MRV02 refilling valve

The separate vehicle-mounted filling connection receives CNG from the station nozzle and routes it into the high-pressure circuit. It performs a different function from the cylinder valve.

Pressure gauge

Displays cylinder-side CNG pressure so the driver can monitor the stored-gas pressure through the vehicle's indication system.

PETROL TO LPG · THREE-WHEELERS

Vacuum-controlled LPG for suitable three-wheelers.

This LPG route uses the MVV vacuum reducer with the same MAS 04 switch and petrol solenoid valve. Cylinder-side control changes to an LPG multivalve and level sensor, while the LPG cylinder remains separate.

HOW THREE-WHEELER LPG WORKS

Fill, store and measure

The LPG multivalve manages the cylinder's filling, outlet and shut-off functions. The MLS-07 level sensor reads the tank-float position for the driver's gas indication.

Vaporise and regulate

The two-stage MVV vacuum LPG reducer vaporises the liquid LPG and regulates its delivery for the matched traditional three-wheeler application.

Select petrol or LPG

MAS 04 provides fuel selection and gas indication. The petrol solenoid valve isolates the petrol supply during LPG operation and restores it when petrol is selected.

Supply the engine

A vehicle-specific mixer introduces the regulated LPG vapour into the intake-air stream. Final adjustment is completed for the engine, installation and daily duty cycle.

MVV vacuum LPG reducer

MIJO's two-stage vacuum reducer for Traditional LPG systems vaporises LPG and regulates its supply in response to the matched engine and carburettor application.

Petrol solenoid valve

The petrol solenoid valve electrically controls the petrol line, keeping the petrol and LPG routes separate while allowing the driver to retain petrol as backup fuel.

MAS 04 switch

MAS 04 provides petrol/LPG selection and gas indication for the three-wheeler LPG system.

MLS-07 level sensor

Mounted with the LPG multivalve, MLS-07 converts the tank-float position into an electrical level signal. MIJO lists 0–50-ohm and 0–90-ohm versions.

MMV 12 multivalve

The LPG cylinder multivalve combines filling, liquid outlet, shut-off and level-sensing functions. Its size and mounting geometry are selected for the actual cylinder.

Which components make up the Three-Wheeler CNG kit?

The six principal components are the CNGR01 reducer, petrol solenoid valve, MAS 04 switch, CNG cylinder valve, MRV02 refilling valve and pressure gauge.

Which reducer is used for Three-Wheeler LPG?

MIJO's Three-Wheeler LPG kit uses the MVV two-stage vacuum LPG reducer for suitable traditional carburettor applications.

Is the switch different between the two three-wheeler kits?

No. Both CNG and LPG kits use the MAS 04 three-wheeler fuel-selection and gas-indicator switch, wired for the applicable fuel system and vehicle.

Does the vehicle continue to run on petrol?

Yes. Both conversions retain petrol as the backup fuel. The petrol solenoid valve controls the petrol supply when the driver changes between petrol and gas.

Are the CNG or LPG cylinders included?

No. The conversion kit includes its specified pipes, wiring, mounting and fitting accessories. The CNG or LPG cylinder is supplied separately and must use the correct valve or multivalve and mounting arrangement.

MIJO confirms the exact auto-rickshaw make, model, engine, passenger or cargo duty, cylinder, complete installation scope and required documents before issuing a current quote. Passenger-car price bands do not apply to three-wheeler systems.
