Control & indication
Driver control and application-specific signal management.
Petrol-injector emulation and cabin switching must be matched to the vehicle's electrical architecture and the complete conversion system.

01 · Petrol-injector emulator
ME11
ME11 manages the petrol-injector circuit during gas operation in a matched MPFI conversion. It provides the signal behaviour required by the petrol ECU while the vehicle is running on CNG or LPG.
ME11 is an application family rather than one universal unit. Korean, Toyota, Honda and Japanese connector types are available, with the correct connection arrangement selected from the vehicle, engine and injector circuit.

02 · MAS 04 · MTS 04 · MMS 04 · Carburetor switch
Fuel-selection & gas-indicator switches
MIJO's cabin-switch range gives the driver petrol/gas selection and gas indication. A CNG indicator switch or CNG digital switch is chosen with the conversion route, level or pressure indication and the vehicle wiring rather than as an interchangeable cosmetic part.
MAS 04 is the three-wheeler control used in supported CNG and LPG systems. MTS 04 is the feather-touch gas-selection and indicator switch, MMS 04 is the button-operated MPFI switch, and the carburetor switch covers supported carburetted applications.

03 · Application-specific injector-circuit control
4-cylinder / 8-injector emulator
This emulator is the dedicated route for supported four-cylinder vehicles that use eight petrol injectors. It can be supplied independently as a standalone device and manages the required petrol-injector circuits while the matched vehicle is operating on gas.
For supported Maruti BS6 applications, a connector wiring harness is available as an option. Its matched couplers connect into the petrol-injector circuit without cutting the vehicle's original petrol-injector wires.
The eight-injector layout does not make the unit universal across every four-cylinder engine. Vehicle application, injector circuit and connector arrangement must be checked before the emulator or optional harness is supplied.
Key characteristics
- Standalone supplyThe emulator can be purchased without the optional harness.
- Optional Maruti harnessConnector wiring harness for supported Maruti applications.
- Non-cut installationCoupler-based connection keeps the original petrol-injector wires uncut.
- Application matchingVehicle, injector circuit and connector arrangement confirmed before supply.

Connector harnesses
Seven coupler options. The original injector wiring stays intact.
These optional supplementary harnesses connect with the sequential-kit ECU harness and the vehicle's petrol-injector connectors, avoiding the need to cut the original petrol-injector wiring.
Sequential-kit supplementary harness
Coupler-to-coupler fitment—without cutting the car's original injector wires.
The connector harness works as an extra interface between the sequential ECU harness and the vehicle's petrol-injector circuit. The correct pair is selected for the vehicle application and connector geometry.

Fuel-level correction
Restore the actual petrol reading after CNG operation.
Honda and Nissan/Renault correctors address application-specific petrol-gauge drop during CNG driving by enabling a fresh tank-level reading after restart.

04 · Application-specific petrol-level correction
Honda Fuel Level Corrector
On supported Honda cars, the dashboard petrol level can continue to fall while the vehicle is running on CNG because the petrol ECU still recognises that the engine is operating and continues its fuel-level calculation.
The MIJO Fuel Level Corrector makes the system take the petrol-tank reading again when the car is restarted. The dashboard then returns to the actual petrol level available in the tank instead of continuing to show the reduced calculated level.
Key characteristics
- Customer symptomPetrol-level indication falls during CNG driving.
- Correction pointFresh tank-level reading after the vehicle is restarted.
- ResultThe dashboard returns to the actual petrol level in the tank.

05 · Application-specific petrol-level correction
Nissan / Renault Fuel Level Corrector
On supported Nissan and Renault cars, the petrol ECU can continue calculating petrol usage while the engine is operating on CNG. The dashboard fuel indication may therefore move down even though the vehicle is using gas.
The MIJO Fuel Level Corrector allows the petrol-level reading to be taken again after the vehicle is restarted. The gauge then shows the actual petrol remaining in the tank, giving the driver the correct level after restart.
Key characteristics

06 · Sequential-kit gas-entry adapters
Manifold adapters
During sequential-kit installation, the normal gas-entry route requires the intake manifold to be drilled for the injector outlets. Where the vehicle's manifold and connection dimensions are compatible, MIJO manifold adapters provide the gas-entry points without drilling the manifold.
The outlet pipes from the gas injector rail connect to the adapter inlets. Each adapter then carries the metered gas into the intake manifold. The adapter size and fitment arrangement must therefore be confirmed for the actual vehicle and manifold before installation.
Key characteristics
- Installation benefitAvoids manifold drilling where adapter compatibility is available.

07 · Vehicle-matched intake mixers
Gas-air mixers
A gas-air mixer introduces regulated gaseous fuel into the engine's intake-air stream. MIJO's current range includes multiple mixer forms and bore sizes so the connection, airflow and gas-entry arrangement can be matched to the actual vehicle and conversion system.
The mixer shown separately with the star mark is specially developed for three-wheeler applications. It is selected with the engine, intake connection and gas-flow calibration rather than by appearance or diameter alone.

08 · Fine-calibration gas-flow control
Three-wheeler power valve
MIJO developed this power valve specifically for three-wheeler applications. Opening or closing its adjustment screw changes the gas flow in very fine increments, allowing the installer to calibrate mixture delivery accurately for the matched engine.
The upper adjustment section is metal for stable, precise setting, while the lower flow body is made from engineered polymer. Its compact form is designed for the three-wheeler gas route and must be calibrated during professional installation.

Common questions
Supporting-component selection.
These parts work as elements of a complete system; model name or appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
Are the supporting components universal?
No. Switches, emulators, gauges, senders, mixers, filters and adaptors must be matched to the vehicle and to the components they connect with.
How is an ME11 emulator selected?
MIJO confirms the vehicle, engine and petrol-injector circuit, then supplies the applicable ME11 variant and connection arrangement.
Why use a connector harness with a sequential CNG kit?
The application-specific supplementary harness connects the sequential ECU harness to the vehicle's petrol-injector connectors by coupler, so the original petrol-injector wiring does not need to be cut.
Why can the displayed petrol level fall while the car is running on CNG?
On supported Honda, Nissan and Renault applications, the petrol ECU can continue calculating petrol usage while the engine is operating on CNG. The matched fuel level corrector enables a fresh tank-level reading after restart so the gauge returns to the actual petrol level in the tank.
Can I choose a gas-air mixer only by diameter?
No. The listed diameter is one selection point. Fuel, injection or carburettor route, intake connection, engine and final setting must also be confirmed.
What is the difference between MGF 01 and MGF 02?
MGF 01 is the compact inline filter model. MGF 02 uses a reusable housing, and a separate replacement filter cartridge is available for servicing.
How do I choose a level sensor or pressure gauge?
Match the MLS-07 resistance range or the pressure-gauge connection with the compatible multivalve, switch or indication circuit. MIJO can confirm the correct combination.
How are CNG switches and gas filters priced?
A current quote depends on the exact switch or filter model, compatible conversion system, required wiring or fittings, installation labour, tax and availability. Share the existing system and vehicle so MIJO can identify the correct component before pricing it.
Next step
Need a supporting component matched to your system?
The supporting parts used in a MIJO CNG kit must match the vehicle, fuel, existing control system and connected hardware. Share those details and the component or connection you need so MIJO can confirm the correct application route.
