CNG cylinder and refilling valves
The cylinder valve mounts directly on the CNG storage cylinder and provides its outlet and manual isolation point. The refilling valves provide the separate vehicle-side connection used at the filling station, with connection formats for different installation requirements.
A forged-brass vehicle refilling valve with an NGV filling connection. Its compact body is designed for high-pressure CNG service and provides a dedicated connection between the station nozzle and the vehicle filling line.
The New Zealand-standard version of the MRV02 vehicle refilling valve. It retains the forged-brass high-pressure body while providing the filling connection required for the applicable market and vehicle programme.
A stainless-steel NGV refilling valve for installations that call for a slim, threaded body. The protective cap remains attached to the valve so the filling connection can be covered between refills.
A compact NGV refilling valve combining brass and stainless-steel construction. Its short threaded format is intended for vehicle layouts where the available mounting space is limited.
Mounted directly on the CNG storage cylinder, this valve connects the cylinder to the vehicle's high-pressure line and provides a manual isolation point for the stored gas. Its connection and installation arrangement are selected to match the cylinder and the vehicle application.
LPG and petrol solenoid valves
Select between filtered LPG solenoid valves and the petrol shut-off valve used in suitable carbureted Conventional systems.
A 12 V shut-off and filtering valve for the LPG line. Its forged-brass body combines electrically controlled gas isolation with 10-micron filtration in a compact assembly rated to 30 bar.
A lightweight die-cast aluminium LPG solenoid valve with integrated 10-micron filtration. The 12 V unit provides electrically controlled shut-off with a larger 4.2 mm flow capacity.
A 12 V gasoline shut-off valve for carbureted automotive engines. MPV06 opens or closes petrol flow under electrical control and provides a dedicated petrol-isolation component for suitable Conventional conversion systems.
LPG tank-side valve
MMV 12 is selected by tank form, size and installation angle for cylindrical or toroidal LPG tanks.
A tank-mounted LPG multivalve offered for cylindrical and toroidal installations. The required size and mounting angle are selected to match the LPG tank configuration.
