What is difference between CNG & LPG sequential kits.7 November 2023
CNG and LPG Sequential kits are being installed in private as well as commercial vehicles like buses, taxis etc due to the emergence of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (propane and butane) as the most favored alternative fuels in place of petrol and diesel. LPG or auto gas is the third most popular vehicle fuel in the US. These kits are easy to install without any major modifications in the vehicles opting for conversion. Major car manufacturers have also started incorporating LPG and CNG fuel systems in their latest models. The vehicle owners also have the option of bi-fuel system which gives them the freedom to switch back to petrol or diesel during operation. mijo CNG/LPG Sequential Kits are made of quality components for both natural gas and auto gas vehicle engines.
Authorized CNG Sequential kit manufacturers and LPG Sequential kit manufacturers install the alternative fuel systems by installing a cylinder in the trunk, then plumbing, followed by installation of injection system and electronic fittings. mijo sequential kits offer complete installation kits at reasonable price as per industry norms.
CNG/LPG Sequential kits are composed of various components. The first is the filler (usually brass) which is used for transferring the fuel to a tank in the liquid form. For the gas lines and fittings to connect all the components to the tank, many types of hoses and pipes specially designed for withholding the pressure are needed. There are LPG vaporizers which are either vacuum vaporizers or electronic vaporizers for cars and gensets. For CNG system, first and second stage reducers are important components. LPG solenoid valves control the passage of fuel to engine whereas CNG valves comprise of filling and cylinder valves. CNG Sequential kit manufacturers and LPG Sequential kit manufacturers also produce electronic equipment like digital switches, emulators and injectors, control units and fuel level sensors without which the sequential kit is incomplete. The kit also includes some mechanical devices i.e. LPG and CNG mixers which are used for the correct air/fuel mixing under both static and dynamic conditions.
With mijo LPG/CNG Sequential kits, any existing petrol/diesel-run vehicle can be converted to a bi-fuel vehicle. There are numerous advantages of adopting the alternative fuel for vehicles. Not only do they reduce running costs of vehicles, but also help in reducing pollution to a large extent due to their environment-friendly nature. But only government approved conversion kits and components ensure the best quality and the best performance.
mijo LPG/CNG Sequential kits are made in Poland. Imported and marketed by Mijo Auto Gas Pvt. Ltd. in India.
Differences between CNG Regulator and LPG Regulator
The major difference between CNG and LPG regulators involve inlet and delivery pressures. The wrong choice of regulator delivers an inappropriate amount of pressure which is either too high or too low. This can be compared to watering plants either with a narrow hose or with a high pressure fire hose. It becomes essential to get the regulators changed, serviced and converted by licensed CNG regulator suppliers and LPG regulator manufacturers only.
The various components of CNG and LPG conversion kits include cylinder, vapour bag, high pressure pipe, refueling valve, pressure regulator, gas-air mixer, solenoid valve and selector switch all of which are easily available from CNG regulator suppliers and LPG regulator manufacturers. The various components of CNG and LPG conversion kits include cylinder, vapour bag, high pressure pipe, refueling valve, pressure regulator, gas-air mixer, solenoid valve and selector switch all of which are easily available from CNG regulator suppliers and LPG regulator manufacturers.
