01 · CNG cylinder range

25 L to 200 L

MIJO can provide automotive CNG cylinders from 25 litres to 200 litres, with diameters from 232 mm to 406 mm. This range covers compact three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses.

Capacity and diameter are selected together with cylinder length, mounting space, vehicle layout, and the required driving range. For selected four-wheelers, a dual-cylinder layout can combine two smaller cylinders where the vehicle model and available installation space support that arrangement.

Common vehicle applications

Cylindrical & toroidal

Passenger-car LPG installations commonly use 60-litre or 75-litre cylindrical tanks. Toroidal options are commonly selected in 34-litre, 39-litre, 49-litre, and 56-litre capacities.

For three-wheelers, a 19.6-litre cylindrical LPG tank is the commonly used route. The final tank form and capacity are matched to the vehicle layout, available installation space, and application.

Common questions

Cylinder selection starts with the vehicle.

Capacity is important, but it is only one part of a complete vehicle-specific storage arrangement.

How is the correct cylinder selected?

MIJO confirms the fuel, vehicle model, available space, required capacity, cylinder diameter, tank form, quantity, and mounting arrangement together.

What is a four-wheeler dual-cylinder CNG setup?

It uses two smaller CNG cylinders in one four-wheeler. Common combinations include 2 × 25 L, 25 L + 30 L, 2 × 30 L, and 25 L + 35 L, depending on the vehicle model.

What is the difference between cylindrical and toroidal LPG tanks?

They provide different packaging forms. The correct option depends on the vehicle layout, available installation space, required capacity, and confirmed mounting arrangement.

Are all available sizes photographed on this page?

No. The page shows two representative CNG cylinders and two representative LPG tanks. The listed range includes additional capacities and diameters.
